Conditions
- In order to reserve a kitten, a down payment of $500 is required.
- Down payments are not refundable. If you choose not to take a kitten after paying the down payment to reserve a kitten, your payment is lost.
- This cat or kitten will be kept indoors or an enclosed outdoor area, and not be allowed to roam freely outside.
- Declawing of this cat/ kitten is not permitted under any circumstance.
- Kittens are kept until at least 12 weeks of age. This ensures that the buyer is getting a well-socialized, well-adjusted kitten. By this time they are eating well on their own, using the litter box, have had vaccinations started, and are mature enough to leave their first family.
Health Guarantee
This cat/kitten will be up to date on all immunizations at time of arrival and a shot record, health certificate, and TICA registration papers will accompany the cat/kitten.
This cat/kitten is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival. It is highly recommended that the buyer brings said cat/kitten for a check-up with the buyer’s vet within 72 hours. If any illness is found, during this 72 hour period, and is so documented in writing by a board-certified veterinarian, the cat/kitten can be returned to the seller and the seller will then replace the said kitten with a kitten of comparable quality when it becomes available. No monetary refund will be given. Seller must be notified within 24 hours of the examination by a veterinarian.
This cat/kitten is guaranteed against fatal genetic diseases. If any inherent genetic disease is documented within the first two years of life, it must be documented by a board-certified vet in writing. The cat/kitten will be replaced by the seller with a healthy cat/kitten of the same quality when it comes available. No monetary refund will be given.
If this cat/kitten dies in the first year of its life due to a lethal genetic or congenital defect, the cat/kitten will be replaced with one of equal value, when it comes available. The buyer must provide a signed written necropsy report from a licensed veterinarian to the seller. No monetary refund will be given.
